Replaces the Engineer’s pistol.
Allows you to carry up to 300 metal at a time.
You start out with 200 metal, but whenever you pick up metal from a weapon, ammo crate or Dispenser, you get 50 metal. (Not 100, so you can get back.) Touching a Resupply Cabinet will not give you past 100 metal.
For every piece of metal that you carry past 200, your move speed decreases by 1%. Which means that when you pick up a weapon while you have 200 metal, you will have 150 metal but will move 50% slower; At the max-max 300 metal, you move 100% slower.
(Same goes for bullet vulnerability.)

i’m sorry, but this item’s stats make no sense, considering how, like most classes, the engineer’s move speed is 100%. you mean to tell me that once you have 300 metal you become completely immobile? and it replaces your pistol, so you have even less firepower to defend yourself with. also, aren’t the guys at valve the ones who approve of, and then select item’s stats? UvU juss saying

First off, this blog is just to jot down ideas. The stats that I give are far from perfect, ‘cause I’m just one guy.
Second, yes, I know the stats are made by Valve. I just put some in to give an idea of what they would do.
Third, I have no idea how to do the percentages and stuff. >.< I was just aiming at making him move at half speed, but didn’t really feel like figuring it out. (Like I said, this blog is just to jot down ideas. Not actually make them.) So I just said “Whatever,” and wrote down -1% per metal. (I’m lazy, sue me. xD)
And since when is replacing the Pistol a bad thing? Secondary weapons are usually the first to go. (How many times do you see people with a Wrangler?)
